Classes Offered
To Teach Your Body To "Talk" |
Exotic Dance Classes
- Exotic Moves (floor/chair workout) Bring HEELS!! (optional)
This class introduces different dance techniques that help to tone and strengthen body muscles.
- Polerize (pole workout) Bring HEELS!! (optional) Shorts are required. Pre-registration is also required by calling the studio of your choice on the day of the class and leaving a message with your name and contact number. You may call as early as 8am and leave a message for yourself and one other person only!!
This class teaches you to use your own body weight as a way to build and tone muscles. (This class will have you sore for a while. The good news is, its only temporary)
- Sexy Yoga Like traditional Yoga this class will focus on breathing techniques, meditation, posture and poses to exercise not just your body, but your mind too. It will help with muscle strengthing and flexibility that can in turn help you in our Exotic Moves and Polerize classes. Of course we had to make it Sexy...BodyTalk put it's own spin on this form of exercise by incorporating our sexy routines...no heels though!
