BodyTalk's Fitness Tracking Program is designed for our members to keep track of their progress as they work toward their fitness goals. When you become a member you will be given the opportunity to take advantage of this program. All information is kept confidential and you may update it each week to document your progress. Please see a front desk associate for details.

Sexy Silhouette Photos

Sexy Silhouettes are a fun and easy way to show off your BodyTalk figure! No need to worry about hair and make-up. All you have to do is wear something form fitting, preferably all black and a pair of heels. We will help you with your poses and you will be amazed at the outcome. They really look HOT!! Body Talk's Specialty Classes Now Forming!!!!!!

What are Specialty Classes? Specialty classes are 2 hour classes that show you how to perform specific moves and gives you more time to PER-FECT what you've learned in our exotic moves and polerize classes.

Exotic Moves Specialty Classes

Cost is $25 for Guests/Drop-Ins and $15 for ACTIVE Members
Class size is limited to 30.

Specialty Class Descriptions

• Booty Shakin' and Poppin'- Learn how to 'shake' it and 'pop' it while incorporating other exotic dance moves

• Strip Tease 101- Learn how to use all of your moves while doing a strip tease. Clothes are required!! You may bring a button down shirt or article of clothing to wear over your regular work out clothes. There will be no nudity in the studio; save that for when you get home!

• Sexy Lap Dance- This specialty class will teach you just about every move you can think of to do on the floor or in a chair by incorporating the exercises and dance moves from our exotic moves workouts. You will be truly impressed by our instructors and the way they can teach your body to talk!
• Bringin' Sexy Back!! - Sex Appeal will teach you how to create that sexy walk to go along with your sexy moves and will help you with building that confidence you need to perform for that special someone.
• Real Grown and Sexy- This class is for our fabulous ladies over 40 that can hang with the best of them. Come out and learn a routine that's only suitable for the "real grown and sexy!"
• Super Sexy Floor Moves- Just like exotic moves class except you will have a chance to create a routine with all the moves you have learned in our exotic moves class."Exotic Tricks" edition. You will learn to split, flip, roll, headstand and learn how to incorporate these moves into a sexy routine. Always remember, we "Keep it Sexy Ladies!
• Video Vixen- In this class we choose a video and one of our talented instructors will either teach the dance moves from that particular video or create a sultry routine for that song that will turn you into a..."video vixen!"

Polerize Specialty Classes

Cost is $55 Guests; $45 Active Members

Class size is limited to 15

You must pay in advance to reserve your spot

• The Works- You will learn "The Works" in this class. Booty Shakin' and Poppin' all while on the pole. Also, get ready to climb and spin during this class~ remember, toning that body and gaining full body strength is what Polerize is all about!!
• "It's Just Pole- You will learn in depth how to do basic/intermediate pole moves as well as how to make them look elegant and beautiful. In order to enter this class you must first let go of all reservations, inhibitions and whatever you may THINK it's all about and realize, "It's Just Pole, Ladies!"

Beginner Pole Workshops-TBD

The cost is $125 for Members and $140 for guests. To pre-register there is a $75 deposit required to hold your space and the balance is due prior to the first session. Space is limited. You may call the studio, 301.317.TALK, to make your reservation.

Belly Dancing Class
Now offered in Baltimore on the 2nd Saturday of every month and in Laurel on the 4th Saturday of every month.
